By accessing or using JustSendText ("Service") at www.justsendtext.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

JustSendText is a free online service that allows users to:

  • Send text anywhere by creating shareable text pastes
  • Copy paste text online between devices using a 6-digit PIN or link
  • Share text with customizable expiration times
  • Generate QR codes for easy mobile access

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use JustSendText. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JustSendText to share text that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Contains illegal, defamatory, or obscene content
  • Violates the privacy rights of others
  • Is used for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Service Limitations

  • Content Length: Maximum 10,000 characters per paste
  • Expiration: Text is automatically deleted based on chosen expiration (10 min, 1 hour, 1 day, 7 days, or up to 180 days for "never")
  • Rate Limiting: Usage may be limited to prevent abuse
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Intellectual Property

JustSendText and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JustSendText and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the text content you create and share using our service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL JUSTSENDTEXT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data or text content
  • Unauthorized access to your text pastes
  • Service interruptions or deletions

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustSendText from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
